The following spreadsheet is a useful tool for brainstorming worship ideas and planning for upcoming services. Each column corresponds to a particular week/service, and the rows have various idea categories (PDF format).

Worship Idea Sheet

To get the table of contents for the songs I currently use at my church (over 200), go to Song Charts at right and look under Protected songbooks. (The songs are also categorized by color to indicate hymns, upbeat songs, and Christmas carols.)

Here is a useful tool that shows you how to transition from any key to any other key, which helps eliminate distractions between songs so that people can more easily keep their focus on the Lord. Don Chapman's material at worshipflow.com provided help.
